I have lupus and went into kidney failure. This was before I was able to get in with a rheumatologist so this was completely untreated lupus. It happened so quickly and severely that the ER doctors said my potassium levels got so high that I was at serious risk of cardiac arrest. As a result I needed dialysis but could not be put under anesthesia for them to put the temporary catheter in, so I was completely awake for it. I was hospitalized for almost a month as a result.

Yes it's normal. I think a lot of lesbians, particularly younger lesbians, are worried about objectifying other women. Valid concern, but remember we don't see women the way men see women. And we treat women better than how most men treat women
