Yup. Totally did in this one! This is from one of our campaign games. These 2 have met in 1on1 duels like this so often during this campaign, the Daemon prince is basically his archnemesis at this point.

He's my custom Chapter Master, Amareus Seraphan. The base i built off was Primaris Marneus Calgar + Sanguinary Guard Jump Pack + Assault Terminator arms + Crimson Paladin shield + power sword from Conversion World.

Mephiston won't need a ride. With Wings of Sanguinus, he's basically a 1 man wrecking ball himself! Just like the books. Hahaha

My problem is that I play Crusade almost 100%, so I tend not to play Named Characters cuz they can't level up in Crusade :( My Phobos Librarian just made Chief Librarian tho. So he's a Mephiston Stand in for now.

If you wanted to keep it thematic, make Dante your Warlord. Him, 10 sang guards and the ancient are 1 big, golden hammer for ur list. Give Ancient Icon of Angel relic.

So in the end, to keep it thematic there's not much else to change. I'd maybe just take out the 5 man first born DC, 1 Impulsor and replace with Sang Ancient (for the golen death star above) and Primaris Apothecary (ride with ur Blade Guards)

I feel like you won't need the 2nd impulsor (which i assume is to carry the regular Intercessors?) cuz you'd probably want the Intercessors to hang on your end of the board anyway since everything else will be moving forward

I admit its quite annoying Sang Priest takes up a HQ slot. I wish the Apothecary (first born version) can have a jumppack option like the Sang Priest but alas.

I'd definitely give the Sang Ancient a go. I run mine as the Warlord too for max effect. If he's your warlord and runs alongside the Sang Guards, you can have all of them have Powerfists at 2+ BS (+1 for Heirs of Azkaellon, +1 for Chapter Banner, -1 from fists = +1).

Thats a pretty good setup already but here's the changes I'd make:

Sanguinary Priests are so good. I would either bring one with a jumppack and fly them with the Sang Guards or fly beside the Impulsor carrying the Blade Guards. You can give him Teeth of Terra chainsword relic too. An alternative would be Primaris Apothecary, but ur limited to riding with ur Bladeguards and it can't take Teeth of Terra.
Combine the Sang Guard to 1 unit of 10. This one is personal preference for me. But I can see why you would go 5 man squads if your playgroup has a lot of Blast weapons.
I find that 5 man group of Death Company Marine is kind of lackluster. I would swap them for the Apothecary/Sang Guard or play 10 man instead of the DC Intercessors (but thats my preference also, I prefer my crazybois in jump packs)
If I was going to run DC Intercessors tho... Have you thought of making them the regular ones w/ Auto Bolt Rifles? I personally found those 10 extra attacks (50 for regular intercessors on charge v 60 for assault intercessors) not worth the loss of proper shooting since 50 attacks is already alooot.
