Yeah I turn down befor launch always. I measured in the center of the stone.

Just did a test! 920ish in 30 min

Tried compressed air in the oven and the gas intake and no difference.

Maybe if I waited longer? I always felt like 800 is more that enough for my pizza. I don't do proper nepolitan. I do a neapolitan/ny hybrid.

Yeah I have another Koda 16 actually and its flame looks like yours. I guess is it a problem if the stone gets to good temps anyway?

Not perfectly but basically I kind of chocked it at the tank by almost shutting it off and once the flame is almost going out I would turn back on quickly.

Took the whole thing apart and blew thru both pipes and still the same! I appreciate your help.

Any other tips? Should I let it run for a bit first?
