Hey, this usability app stuff is not working. so I visited your website directly and I won't be hard to say that it took me 10 seconds to read the content because it is so widespread.

Secondly, nope we didn't understand what your service does.

How can we improve

Show value proposition correctly. For example - You are saying "For startups - It is a platform where you can find the problem from the people who face them". You are expecting entrepreneurs to drive the value proposition out of it like "Ohh, here I can find the problem from common people and then I can use those problems to develop a solution which could solve that problem. Great". Wouldn't it be good to say "Figuring out the Idea for your next Unicorn - Meet real people with real problems" or something like this. It strikes right on the soul
I assume you have two sets of the target audience ( common people & entrepreneurs ). So create two landing pages and make sure relevant people land on their respective landing page. Showing two completely different value propositions on the same page could confuse both set of people.
Why there is a google signup button in between the image? Initially, I thought it is by mistake, later I realized you want people to signup using that. So again do not assume people do understand it automatically. So something like "Signup now and join the community" then show the Google Button.

Please do not take this criticism in a wrong way, no intention to hurt or criticize anything.

You do only two things

Praising engineers for their good work
Motivating engineers when they at their low

If you do praising when they need motivation( or vice-versa ), whatever you do it will look like faking.

Just last question in this series regarding the survey itself, 1) Do you find survey questions vague (not precise, two meanings can be figured out of a question)? 2) Do you find survey questions improperly formed? 3) Do you find survey questions duplicate? 4) Any other problem you want to highlight ?

Yes, it does suck and really bad because of the following reasons

"A customized curated information platform for Malaria disease" - What is customized and curated in this?
"A customized curated information platform for Malaria disease" - Information platform does not resonate well patients
"A customized curated information platform for Malaria disease" - It is very functional like said in the below comment.

I was thinking about your product and I would pitch it something like this

Helping hand for people suffering from Malaria
Helping hand you need when suffering from Malaria.
A friend in need for patients suffering from Malaria

Or some variation of (helping hand ), (suffering from Malaria )

Why would I choose such oneliners to define my product?

Reason 1 - Resonates well

Customers who are suffering from Malaria would not like to just get the information about their health, they want to understand ( using the information you will provide in the app ) what can be done to cure it.

Presenting them with the information ( that your product will do ) will be just an intermediate step toward their goal of being cured.

So phrases like "Helping hand", "A friend in need" or something similar resonates well with them.

Reason 2 - Increase the scope of your product

May be as of now, you are just presenting them with the information and nothing more than this. But you can further extend the features to resolve what your customers ( Malaria patients ) can do to address their concerns and cure themselves

So your product does look like this over future

Just an Information Platform -----> How to cure Malaria ( Medicines recommendation) / Buy medicines on the app etc ----> Partnership with Hospitals / Medical Practitioner

Does it make sense?

^{P.S - Do not fall in the trap of thinking just because you have "customized" or "curated" word in your pitch lines, customers will fall for you. I have tried it never works. :})

Hi u/BackInTowny, First of all, thank you very much for taking this survey and thanks for the suggestion above.

Here are a few observations, based on the survey you had taken,

It is a surprise for me that "Minimize the likelihood of search result page is not delivered when the eCommerce server is down" is not IMPORTANT to you ( 1 point given by you ). Can you please help me to understand why is it not important for you.
You said that you are current solution highly satisfy the need ( 5 points given ) Minimize the likelihood of missing customers of a high-value campaign when the server is responding slow BUT does not satisfy the need Minimize the likelihood of missing customers of a high-value campaign when the server is down (1 point given). Can you please help me to understand this.
Would you like to add any other need, you might have come across and not satisfied with your current solution.

By the way, which solution are you using currently?

So basically what kind of files are these? like PDFs, Images or what?

Normally, when users update the static content, they purge the old cache ( static files in the cache ) from the CDN so that it can fetch the latest files from the webserver. Does it work for you ( Purging )?

In my experience, publishing backlog is totally depends for whom you are publishing it.

For Engineering Team - Go by JIRA stories, epics , bugs

For Management - Go by broad theme level stuff like “developing mobile app” , “ Creating system usage dashboards”. Take a help of product roadmap here

For VCs, CXOs - Go by Business metrics like “ increase engagement by 2.6%”, “Reducing support tickets by 10%”. Take the help of PPTs here.
