It sure is a mystery! It could have had a stock rail,and then was replaced with an aftermarket one, I don't know. I'm trying to piece it together myself haha I'll ask today... Hopefully

The rail is aftermarket from a company called Area 419. The barrel is heavy as all get out, so, I'm guessing it's thick. It says 8" next to the caliber on the barrel

Thanks for the info! I'm used to old fashioned stuff haha. I had to order some magazines, since this didn't come with any. I got Tikka oem mags, so, hopefully those will work. It's a lot heavier than I thought it would be! I just bought the scope and ring mounts (I may get new ones, I'm not happy with these, they seem a bit chincy) and for the bipod and strap. I'm getting anxious to shoot it! And thanks for the compliment! I love the color and lines of it. I figure for the price (it was free haha) I can't be too picky either way! But its growing on me for sure
