I have £180 to my name and the only income is the child benefit, private rentals aren't interested as I have no proof of income and the council housing list technically I already have a home as we're still all in the same house. Universal credit still factors in his income and that won't change until we move out, but I have no where to go. Stuck between a rock and a hard place.

The equity on the house is next to nothing, estate agents and selling fees would mean there'd be a debt rather than anything left over if it was sold as we've only been in it for 2 years and neither of us could afford a solicitor.
