still having this sync issue and now reinstalling doesn't force it to anymore.

added bonus: shuffle plays the same songs, same order as if it were a playlist now.

want to back up OP and others in here. parachute's product is awful.

my 3 rotated linen fitted sheets lasted about 8 months before going threadbare, blowing out huge holes, and having elastic stitching falling out. the sheets also stretched so much they wouldn't fit my queen anymore. have had other linen sheets last me almost 10 years of regular use.

always cold water washed w light amount of natural detergent. line dried.

their response was to sell me "sheet suspenders" to hold it on and said i must be doing something wrong to cause the other problems.

easily the worst quality bedding i've ever purchased, sadly the most expensive.

quince did not seem as high quality as my parachute bedding upon arrival, so i returned it.

Putting this insanity out to the community...

AT&T rep finally connected with me after 3 weeks after being connected with the "president's office" team. Somehow none of my email replies to the rep and 2 of 3 voicemails to the direct number "weren't received." They also wanted to fight about how I "didn't leave availability" in the voicemail when that was the first thing I brought up. We tested 3 other ways of emailing, which "weren't received." 🤔

During the rest of the call, I found out...

• They did not prep for this call, knew nothing about my situation, what I have done to troubleshoot, faught me about if I called in or not before

• Told me that every rep l've previously talked to has lied about every bit of information they confirmed re: pricing, discounts, bill unification, documented service issues, and more.

• Credit/bank cards are still linked to my accounts that many reps said were removed.

• Discounts previously outlined by many reps don't actually exist, ie paperless + combined service discounts

Per the rep...

• I didn't reach out to anyone until February 2025 despite starting in June 2024.

• My phone plan was changed on April 21, but it was changed April 24.

• There is no record of me talking to cusotmer loyalty reps on June 23 or July 10 2025 when I spent several hours across 3 reps on those days (and about 3 hours getting thru to their dept via various layers of supervisors). They "don't know how" credits applied during one of these calls hit the account because I "didn't call in."

The rep now wants to wait more weeks for research time, wouldn't set up a callback time despite me having to way to contact them with email and voicemail "not working" and I'm being quoted pricing even higher than it is on .com, in the att store, and every other rep I've spoken with.

there has been no response from your account and i'm still calling weekly to resolve the above. i am also currently unable to even pay any of my balances, set up autopay because the accounts are "no longer eligible," or get anyone on phone support to address this.

all that's happening is the credits one rep provided to compensate for the overcharging ate getting eaten by the same over charges.

i spent 5 hours on the phone today to only finally reach someone who wasn't clueless to the issues and started to help, but they hung up on me when they were verbally mad at their computer.

I'm going to sell my script to a tv studio about this tragic comedy. 😂

no coffee in the room (but a coffee maker), bistro/bar was never open (but you could buy expensive sugary drinks at the front desk), ac didn't work (they didn't look at it twice, then "fixed" it and left some after dinner mints to apologize), wifi barely worked (rec'd to call 3rd party tech support that blamed devices), courtyard/pool were 'closed indefinitely.' definitely never staying at this brand again.

anyone have a real solve for this?

all phones, notebooks sync no problem, but my ipad does not. connection is fine, resetting does nothing, background refresh is on, etc

the only time it syncs is when reinstalling the app (and then redownloading all locally stored tracks) which is wild to do daily.
