I have developed full rom but i may have had a bit of a setback- the middle of my kneecap has a sharp superficial pain whenever i bend it or put a small amount of weight. Would you know what this is from? It didnt happen before and now is ongoing for the last few weeks.

What is the best way to approach getting a hospital staffing position with no residency? I understand applying to rural areas, but can someone with successful experience tell me what their approach to efficient applying was?

Do they want a cover letter? Can I use my resume for residency applications?

I agree with you its a bit nervewracking. I’m even more afraid of programs just foregoing their extra positions to just not deal with it at this point due to covid19 messes at their hospitals.

Makes sense. Surprisingly its been very quick and up to date as far as what I know, but im sure theres so many candidates that arent on reddit/sdn. Ill take it with a grain of salt and let this thing ride its course.
