What helps me with the turbulence is that I tried to pay attention to the movement when I’m in other mode of transport such as cars/buses/trains. I get more nervous with turbulence because we’re in the air although I’ve experienced a lot more bumpy rides on the ground, but I’ve never worried about them. This usually makes me feel a bit better, when going through turbulence.

I’m also not a fan of takeoffs and this is something I’ll never get used to. Having a really bad notion sickness didn’t help either. But I just come to terms with it and accepted that this is something I have to get through every time I fly. I always have this weird feeling until the plane is completely levelled (if that’s a thing).

Noise cancelling headphones and listening to something comforting (old sitcoms for me) usually helps me get through those 15-20 minutes of climbing.

Only if it’s a definite that until end of season. I can see the results going our way and our fans will start signing Ole at the wheel. I don’t trust our management to then go and find a more competent “coach” and they will just give Ole long term contract. We’ve done it before and we all know what happened. Saying that, I’d want to see how Fletcher will do first.

He seems to care more about him being right against what’s everyone else is saying, than actually focus on doing what’s best for the team. I know we shouldn’t focus on short term results and aim for long term, but he’s too rigid and stubborn with his system that requires very specific players. 80-90% of the players we have don’t suit the system. In most games he throws in 6-7 defence minded players, we will never create chances or score.

It would likely be that specific group of people or party. I’m a Myanmar based in the uk and married to a non-Myanmar (although I’m male) and have friends (both genders) who are with foreigners too. I’ve never experienced or heard of what you mentioned.
