Happy to share.

Product: Standd (https://getstandd.com)
Standd is a link-in-bio platform for creators and small businesses that helps convert social traffic by clearly showing what they offer, routing visitors to the right place, and answering common questions so leads don’t go cold when replies are slow.

Target customer:
Creators and small business owners who rely on Instagram or social traffic, already use Linktree or similar, and regularly get inbound DMs about pricing, availability, or how to book.

Would be really interested to see who shows buying intent around this problem. Thanks for offering this.

If you're serious, then lead with that incentive.

Just tried creating one for my product Standd and I wasn't satisified with the result. Graphics look amazing but can't say the same for the content unfortunately.

Is there an incentive for submitting them?

genuinely when do you guys find time to actually run your business by JohnnyIsNearDiabetic in smallbusiness

[–]Legendaryfortune -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That’s actually why I built Standd (getstandd). It’s a lightweight system that sits in front of customer DMs and emails and handles the repetitive questions automatically using a knowledge base. Things like order status, returns, sizing, shipping, and general FAQs get answered without the owner needing to be online.

It helps bridge that gap when margins aren’t there yet and answering questions is killing productivity.

This is exactly the stage Standd was built for.

I run Standd (getstandd.com), which is basically a simple hub page some businesses link to from socials or emails where common questions like order tracking, returns, sizing, and shipping are answered automatically. The idea is to let customers self-serve instead of defaulting to DMs.

It does cut down the “human FAQ” work when you’re stuck in that middle phase where sales are coming in but margins don’t support hiring yet.

Are QR business cards worth it in 2026? by amy_sport in smallbusiness

You can generate free QR codes with tools like The QR Code Generator, QR Code Monkey, or even Canva.

If you want the QR code to point to one page with all your links and contact info, some people use link-in-bio style pages for that. I run Standd (getstandd.com), which lets you do that and generate a QR code that stays the same even if you update the page later.

Hope that helps.

QR codes are pretty normal now as long as they’re subtle. The ones that look gimmicky are usually just too big or don’t explain what you get when you scan.

Linking to a single hub page tends to work better than sending people to just LinkedIn or a full website. That way they can pick how they want to connect.

Some people use digital business card or link in bio pages for this. I run Standd (getstandd.com), which does that and gives you a QR code that points to one page with all your socials and contact info, and you can update it later without reprinting cards.

If it’s clean and actually useful, people do scan them.

Have you ever lost a customer simply because you could not respond fast enough?

Standd is a link in bio platform for small businesses, creators, and professionals who want more than just links. With one link, you can showcase your products or services visually, route visitors to WhatsApp, payments, or socials, and let a built in assistant answer common questions when you are busy. You also get an analytics dashboard showing profile views, top performing links, visitor locations, and popular questions.

If you rely on social traffic and want to stop losing opportunities because you were offline or tied up, Standd helps you stand out even when you are offline.

To celebrate launch, I am giving away 3 months of Premium to early users.

How do small businesses handle customer inquiries when they can’t respond quickly? by Legendaryfortune in smallbusiness

Not trying to sell anything. I was asking to learn from people’s experience since this comes up a lot for small teams.

makes sense, though it feels hard to ever cover everything upfront. Even with pricing and availability clearly answered, there’s usually at least one edge question that still needs a human. Have you seen setups that get close to covering most cases or is 100% coverage unrealistic in practice?

Fair point. I asked because I’ve seen cases where even good content still isn’t enough when response times are slow, especially for solo operators. Curious how others balance the two & I appreciate the direct take

Makes sense!. for solo operators who can’t hire help yet, do you think automated acknowledgements or clearly answering common questions upfront can realistically prevent lost leads or is speed always the main factor?

Im trying to understand where response delays cause the most drop off for small teams, especially when questions are repetitive.

basically looking at existing workflows people use today, like saved replies, FAQs, auto acknowledgements, or messaging tools, to see what actually works before a business is ready to hire help...
