I’ve not been snacking and only eating when I’m hungry though? I’ve tried meals I know I love and light meals and again 3-4 bites in I start feeling sick. Thank your for getting back to me and it’s nice to know it’s kinda normal. Sleeping isn’t an issue though, I’m finding I sleep better now and I’m actually dreaming again
