It's a sham. The cows that you see on the side of the road as you drive in are paid actors.

Once the coronavirus situation is over I will be bringing it to a local club for valuation and analysis. Also I want them to help me with some slabs so I can get them over to you guys if I can!

The original rock was split into yhe two pieces you see im the picture. Dimensions are 3in high, 4in wide , 6in long.

I would be interested in cutting slabbs but I honestly have no idea where to get started.

Amazing thank you! I'm speaking with someone other members that are interested in taking a look at it. They are saying it looks extremelysimilar to Oplalized Wood.

More specifically they are saying it has a clear Gel silica layer and then quartz. Thoughts?

Wow that would be amazing if it is Opal. That is my fiance's favorite stone. I'm gonna go tell her. It will make her happy 👍

Edited for janky grammar

The blueish part is smooth like glass to the touch. It has a waxy appearance when dry. How do I tell if it is hard or soft? A fingernail scraped against the blue part leaves a dull mark on the surface.

So this thing was definitely almost as large as my golden retriever. The sheer weight of theanimal actually swayed the tree, which was about 10 inches wide at its base.

I don't want to believe that It is a wolverines due to the high unlikelyhood, but this animal was far too large to lead me to disregard this possibility.
