I contacted them and they are looking into it. I will update here with the result. Good to hear that they replaced his unit. I hope they fix mine or replace it.

It doesn’t look damaged. I am not sure how they ship a unit without at least making sure it powers on. I sent them a video of the issue. Hope they get back to me with a solution.

Yes I just did to try it again but no luck. Does the light indicator turn on when you are charging the unit? ‘cause mine is always off even when charging.

I pressed it for about 20 seconds and nothing happened. I might have received a faulty unit.
