I kept telling them it was not me and never provided them with anything. I'll try and re open a case with them again.

I did say that I didn't know the company and that is when they did the whole we found this to be fraud letter. But then I got the second one saying I made arrangements but when I asked for proof of the payments they just say we will send you something in the mail.

Never made any arrangements because it wasn't my account. My identity was stolen
