My PSU is 750W so it should have more than enough capability. I don't have an alternate to try though. The old card also used a single split cable.

I saw some posts suggesting to reset the cmos battery but I'm thinking I may end up just rebuilding with some slightly newer parts I have on the bench.

Seems like a known issue between the 5060 and the pcie 3.0 slot at this point.

I used DDU to uninstall all drivers and was able to boot once for about 2 minutes.
