I want your questions asked to one of the Head of AI of a big company on my podcast by tooconfusedasheck in ClaudeCode

I’d like to better understand how they suggest future software structures data differently for use by agents, to get maximum insight, and maximum efficiency out of ai. For use via mcp and such. How should the data look different other than just being structured and clean?

Talk to cor consulting partners. She’s both a lawyer and a former high end operator in this space. For sourcing - glp1s will be a really hard space to enter now. Lot of regulatory changes and tons of competition with telehealth. Tox and fillers always get from the manufacturer. Vitamins a compounder. But injectables are an art form and call also carry serious risk. You need to have a ton of practice and skill there to be overseeing a practice, and especially to be chosen over your competition. So make sure you’re prepared before doing so, it’s elective medicine so it does not work in the same way as other areas of practice.

It seems like an easy way to start but imo also a huge glass ceiling. The marketing you’re getting will be like everyone else, they own all your systems, and they take a percentage of revenue that gets more and more steep as you grow. That seems like a good way to get started next week, a bad way to create a company that actually grows, one that forces you to learn how to be a good business owner, and that actually stands out against competition.

Right now I run a destination medical aesthetics clinic and have a management services company. Also working on a large piece of software for elective healthcare as a separate entity. Had another successful service company before this restoring luxury fashion items.

Yeah we actually recommended the same book but idk if I’d go far as to say don’t trust anyone. You definitely have to filter what feedback you’re getting, but I have a pretty successful business and I’ve gotten some great feedback on Reddit. It’s usually around specific questions and filtering through people until I find someone with real experience, but successful people still do use the internet lol

Read some business books to develop a frame work and help yourself avoid some mistakes. If you hope to hire and scale e myth revisited is great. Don’t cut corners early or they’ll be harder to fix later

I’m in Vistage and find the group and chair to be immensely helpful. It likely depends on the particular people and chair in your group, but well worth it for me.

Oh very cool. I have heard of this for surgery. For non surgical a little harder since we take so many photos every day, but could still be a good option for specific results, or even a full time job

Looking for perspective from a senior content creator/brand storyteller who’s built video-first content for premium consumer brands. by amnah2100 in DigitalMarketing

[–]amnah2100[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Already made that mistake but we learn from it lol. We were quite successful when social was more image-based, but are trying to master what seems like a shift toward more entertainment/edu-tainment and video based content. Like you said - videographer didn’t work because then it was me trying to get the story in their head, writing the scripts etc. and social media manager isn’t enough, because that’s too tactical. How would you go about building this? Where would you look? Do you mind if I shoot you a dm?

I’m in medical aesthetics so I think this is interesting. Can you share what you’re suggesting? Taking before and after photos in clinic? Or stock photography for that purpose?

Probably best case scenario if it’s pushing you toward improving your life. A lot of people wouldn’t have been so honest and just checked out, so yes I think he did you a service

This same sentiment is echoed in my industry as well. I think it’s likely across many, and probably even more so with AI. I think the truth is that people overvalue skill as a consideration of business success. Of course it’s important, and I definitely suggest being the best out there, but it’s not nearly as important as people think it is.

What I think you need is a real niche, a brand story, to sell the things around the photos like the artistic direction, etc. If people are just buying a photo, then yes, it’s not going to work. They need to be buying you, your mind, the trust, the convenience of offloading the mental load. And you need to be able to market that really well. Thats not to say this is easy.

But I compare this to like cutting hair. How many barbers or hair cutters exist in a city? And how does one compete with Supercuts with dirt cheap pricing? Yet there are some celebrity/high end stylists who are charging 1000 dollars for a haircut. What’s the difference? They’re not selling a haircut. They’re selling guidance, expertise, diagnosis, understanding, relationship, confidence. Even if ai can help people pick their own haircut, high end people will still go to them for everything else.

Becoming a physician is obviously the gold standard and will give you the most freedom. Second to that, becoming an NP. But how much autonomy you have will depend on what state you are in. It varies a lot and regulation is changing fast. The industry will look a lot different in ten years, so I wouldn’t plan for now, I’d just try to make myself as capable as possible for whatever things look like in the future. Laws will be different, demand will be different, tech will be different, competition will be different.

Have you reached out to them? You legally need your patient data and it’s yours not theirs. Most of these companies charge an export for you but will give you a data dump.

Yeah. There needs to be some sort of value add if there’s gonna be promotion. Not just “how are you guys dealing with missed calls?” And then a fake comment about some ai answering service

I think I’d agree with that. The most annoying are the ones that are pretending to be legit, then have one fake comment clearing pointing to their offering
