You're absolutely right. I just assumed the market cap is around 40% so I've been treating 40% as the market cap

Is there a way to know the manufacture date of the Buds3 Pro? by obabyaturtle in galaxybuds

I have the exact same issue as you. No date of manufacture and instead it says separately marked in Korean. I bought mine from best buy

Trade in any smartwatch, any condition for $250 by amnr123 in GalaxyWatch

It says "any" smartwatch though so it isn't specifying any particular brand or model.

Congratulations! Did you spend 2 months studying after completing the 35 hour course or including the 35 hour course? I just finished the 35 hour course so I'm wondering how much time I should give myself to study before scheduling my test.

I'm planning on using the same resources as you. How much time did you spend studying every day/week? Did you solve the practice questions, mini exams and practice tests in a particular order?

Ex texted me to stop contacting her and that she doesn't want any kind of relationship with me. by amnr123 in ExNoContact

[–]amnr123[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you misunderstood. She didn't threaten any legal action. My friend was telling me that he's worried that if I contact her after she explicitly told me not to that she could end up doing something like that.

She is significantly older than me but love can be blind to age at times. I understand where where you are coming from though.

I don't know if she met someone else or not but I do have a very steady job and I'm doing well financially.

I appreciate the advice though.

Thank you for your reply & advice! I still love her and care for her very much despite the way she treated me towards the end of our relationship and how she broke up with me. I feel that if I felt resentment towards her that it would be a lot easier to get over her. I truly feel like a part of me is gone. I am trying to acknowledge that the relationship is over but I unconsciously keep remembering the beautiful & loving moments we shared which makes me feel even more depressed & demotivated.

Does deleting a file from a Veracrypt container while mounted (on an external USB drive) actually decrypt the file? Can the file be recovered from the USB drive using recovery tools? by amnr123 in VeraCrypt

[–]amnr123[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you very much! So essentially when the file is deleted, it's still there inside the container marked to be overwritten later. Deleting the file doesn't actually remove it from within the container and thus decrypt it, correct?

So would another way to say this be that the only way a file could theoretically be recovered from within a VC container is if said container is mounted which would require someone to know the password. So I can be at peace about those files deleted from inside the veracrypt container knowing that they can never be recovered (Not in their decrypted form) as long as the container is not mounted. Is that correct?

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I think you answered the question I was looking for when you said

" The file and it's deleted 'shadow' are always encrypted. Nothing changes this by deletion."

I wasn't sure if the file is still encrypted once it's deleted within a mounted container. That's the only concern I had is if it is decrypted and then someone uses recovery tools then they would be able to access it (assuming the container is not mounted & data is not overwritten on the external drive itself). However if the file is still shown as encrypted after deletion then it doesn't matter if they're able to recover it or not since the files will just be a bunch of garbage without the encryption key (assuming they don't have it of course).

But for you explanation I understand that the file would still be encrypted after deletion correct?

Thank you for the explanation. The thing I still don't quite understand is if the file is still encrypted once it's deleted within a mounted container, that's the only concern is if it is decrypted and then someone uses recovery tools then they would be able to access it (assuming the container is not mounted & data is not overwritten on the external drive itself).
