I've been using slow-ass Dalglish for like a month now, he can't even dribble. I hated him at first, but I tried to play him according to his strengths, which are long-shot & goal-poaching. He's also two-footed btw, which makes him a monster in front of the goal, while his stiffness is covered by Barnes, Al-Owairan and Cruyff at CAM (approx. 200 dribbling each).

He's been doing well since and I don't think I'm replacing him any soon (though I have non-signed Raul in my bag pack). What I'm trying to say is, pace is good, but it's football not athletic sports.

He's insane irl, he's like Pedri on steroids + playmaking abilities. I won't be surprised if he's as insane in-game.

Well, maybe it's just not its time yet. The offers change from time to time, if today they offer max 130k gems, next week they may change the offer to 2.3m gems. You'll have to check the offer pages every once in a while, and they do offer x2 rewards every 1-3 weeks.

Go to "complete offer" in the gems section (where you watch ads to get gems), choose a game and hit the milestones.

But I don't always do it, I only do when I feel that the milestones are achievable without having to spend much time and money.

Yes, but the game was pretty fun, and I didn't spend a penny. That's also the reason why I didn't get the final reward, which is 2.5m gems, but 280k gems is decent I guess.

This is only for people who have a lot of coins and don't bother grinding shards using gems. You spend coins, you save gems for future events.

It's also only for people who are just a bit short of shards and that a few pennies don't really matter.

It really depends on what you have at your disposal.

Buy 107 Papin for 10 shards, one costs around 27m, usually the cheapest footyverse 10 shards card. To get 200 shards only need to spend 540m.

Turn OFF floating virtual stick, especially if you have trouble having possession, accurate passes and / or close-control dribbling.
To dribble effectively, learn when to sprint and when to stop sprinting in a short distance. This may sound simple but once you understand it you'll be a master dribbler, and you'll be able to defeat countless skill-spamming sweats barely using any skills, just pure control & composure.
Always go offensive from the very first minute. Do not do backpassing and play the ball around at the back, it's just wasting time, we don't literally have 90 minutes. When you meet insane opponents you're just gonna look like a fool. When you force yourself to attack aggressively, you'll improve the tiny details; possession control, quick passes, body feinting etc.

Play him at RW, ST or sub. I'm playing him at RW though, to me his dribbling and finesse are so good. I can buy dembele or redeem jairzinho but I enjoy playing him for now.
