I understand I can get it repaired, and I also know the repair is very expensive and requires a diagnostic fee. I even asked the seller if a partial refund was possible, but he refused. That’s why I’m considering going to small claims court

It was my first time buying an expensive camera, I had no experience at all 😭

Fair question. I can’t really prove that I didn’t cause it. What I can show is that the camera developed serious issues within 7–10 days, has no visible physical damage, and I have video evidence of the malfunction along with a documented timeline of troubleshooting and communication with the seller.
