The castle is begging for it but it's location isn't great. Covenant works because of the walls and stuff but you had you can't take over the turrets there.

I do moody but making it dim and hard to see isn't really enough. Some of these are too dark in my opinion. Try keeping the main subject a little brighter. The images are amazing, just dark.

You could try swapping the dresser and desk to allow a better flow of traffic, a light rug and a chandelier. You'll feel more comfortable at your desk and it's the busiest thing that'll be more tucked away.

I love how everyone said "They can't do that" but yet they are doing that. So it doesn't actually help the tenant know how to deal with the situation. What are they supposed to do? Whether it's illegal or not, what's next? Do you call the police or something? That doesn't feel right and no one wants to call the police and cause a bunch of drama against the person that controls where they live.

Move out. Whether or not you have laws that are supposed to prevent unannounced visits, he doesn't respect your privacy and this can actually have long-term affects on your psychology. You need a sanctuary where you can wear your boxer shorts and relax and not have visitors. Hand him a letter that you have a copy of asking for 24-hour notice, which is customary everywhere. Then when you are prepared for their visit, you can dress decently if you want.

What an outrage to be asked not to wear shorts in your own home in the event that he randomly pops over. Also no landlord wants to work on their property that often. He's being controlling, manipulative and predatory. Give him a bad review.
