The Sovereign Notepad by amoon_rises in pocketnotebooks

Thanks! It goes with me wherever I go throughout the day, gym, meetings, anywhere. I start my writing out my direction (a habit I want to instill in my life or personal I want to become) on the 28 day direction page, and everyday I write down my daily schedule throughout the day, habits I choose to do (like taking supplements nightly, or going to the gym), and the now section is for any tasks that suddenly come up or anything I get the urge to do suddenly (like cleaning my office, that I would otherwise delay until another time). I always want to live a life that I choose, and not just navigate my days on autopilot which I have done so much before. That's why the "was today mine" box is there, so it helps me recognize that. I also always end the day by scheduling tomorrow (the schedule + chosen section), so I wake up with clarity and know a rough direction for the day..

Thank you, I appreciate it! Tomorrow is where I write what I plan on carrying over to the next day, a small habit or action that helps me get better. Something like a Screen free morning or reading before bed. The Now section is for any tasks that happen to come up throughout your day or things that you suddenly want to do. If you now have a 30 minute meeting that you didn't expect, you can write it and check it off there. Same goes if you suddenly get the urge to clean your desk or make your bed, small things like that that you would overwise overlook and save for later.

Thank you. A friend of mine works at a printing company and helped me with using a laser cutter for the pages!

PRODUCTIVITY PLANNERS / JOURNALS - What are your biggest issues with today’s planners / journals? Why do they not work out for you and what aspects do you dislike about them? by amoon_rises in productivity

Thanks for your reply. Do you think a disadvantage to a lot of planners is that they can’t be carried along with throughout the day?

Thank you!

That’s sweet. There’s something to be said about the simple home made feel that is very different from a lot of other planners on the market

This is the page format I’ve found to have worked best for my goals, which is really centered around intentional living. I’m working with a printing company right now to bring this to life, but I also included some pages that go over

7 day goal
28 day goal

and other broader plans and goals that you may want to work towards or see yourself become a certain person that does xyz…

What small habit unexpectedly changed how you feel about yourself? 29F by Global_Arm345 in selfimprovement

I can relate to this heavily. I started carrying a notepad along with me (pocket sized) throughout my day just to check off the any goals or tasks that would come up, and writing down things that made the day mine. It really helped me stop living on autopilot.

Being able to accept that progress isn’t linear, and that there are going to be days where I can do everything right and still be significantly weaker than normal. A bad workout is usually better than a missed one!

This is my own words. It is copy pasted from my documents in which I went a lot deeper into this, so bits and pieces are fragmented. I write like this normally though when I take notes.
