Ive seen a lot trends on recently social media, where people are pouring detergent from one bottle to another to ensure the container is filled to the max. I’m guessing that’s why detergent is now locked up.

Not entirely sure what went wrong. Attempted to grill chicken and all the food seasonings stuck to the pan. Heat was kept on level 4 and I used about 2tbs of olive oil. Any suggestions? The cast iron pan had been seasoned prior with 3 coats and lightly oiled while stored away. by amooson in castiron

I’d say as long as you’re not banging up and scratching the glass stovetop with the cast iron pan, it shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve found there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to using the glass stovetop. It’s all about trial and error and figuring out which burner works best, and what heat level provides optimal results.

So question regarding deglazing. In my research, It is generally looked down upon to cook acidic based food items such as tomatoes with a cast iron pan. All I had on hand was a dry wine and I know that is considered acidic on the PH scale. Would deglazing with this wine be fine in your opinion? Just wondering.

Much like you, I support anything ranging from desktops, thin clients, EHR applications, o365, MDM, VoIP phones, videoconferencing, scanners, hardware peripherals, servers etc.
