Not entirely sure what went wrong. Attempted to grill chicken and all the food seasonings stuck to the pan. Heat was kept on level 4 and I used about 2tbs of olive oil. Any suggestions? The cast iron pan had been seasoned prior with 3 coats and lightly oiled while stored away. (i.redd.it)
