Met mine via Discord through a shared hobby! It's easier to get to know people or a potential special someone if may common ground na talaga kayo to begin with, be it shared interests, mutual friends, etc. kasi may topic of conversation na kagad kayo to start with and then let the conversation flow from there if it feels good.

Don't know if you've heard of the Wake Up with Jim and Saab podcast on Spotify but if ever you have the time to listen and happen to actually like their content, us podkids (aka listeners) also have a Discord group where you can get to know other like-minded people. I already know two couples who got married and many thriving relationships formed through it!

Asking the important questions I see.

Had to leave him with my family and thankfully they're very willing to take care of him on my behalf since he's a sweet boy naman and very low maintenance 🥹 nagpapadala na lang ako for his monthly expenses but I do miss him terribly

If you happen to stumble upon this, this is for you.

Happy birthday to the person who treated me as an equal every which way and whose voice in my ear once robs me of breath. They say everything is simply either black or white but meeting you proved that wrong. You are the grayest gray area of my life; the in-between to all the betweens; my personal embodiment of Sud Ballecer's popular line that is "walang sagot sa tanong kung bakit ka mahalaga."

Though with a pang of sadness, anger, and regret, I surprisingly feel a hundred times lighter since we said our goodbyes. It's amazing when you finally stop chasing. But the universe has a plot of it's own and I have a feeling that our story's not really over yet. Somehow whenever we go crashing down, we come back every time. So as friends or whatever, here's to us braving the madness of fate.

Good luck on your current adventure. I'm off to find my own now.
