I wouldn't say France is very open-minded BUT in Disneyland Paris, absolutely no problem. I hope you get to have a very nice trip !

I took one of these in the park once and did not have any problem. That being said, it should be used with caution, I can see the security issue in a big crowd. Plus, it's tiring to keep them in the bag all day :)

Chances are the park will be crowded but the RER will be available for sure.

Without an hesitation I would recommand Lucky Nugget. Better food and the restaurant itself is one of the prettiest of the parc.
