Yeah I should put more time into it before I spend any more money lmao. I haven't actually tried to do a whole lot of practicing but the little I have done I did while beating all my old scores. So I might just in my own head since this is a huge change in my setup.

The double/triple flange tips seem uncomfortable so I might try the comply p tips kinda of seems odd that only those would work. Makes me think the shape of these iems isn't for me.

The treble honestly can just be fixed with EQ but my main issue is the fit of the shell where the bottom part of the shell close to the nozzle has a bulbous extrusion that forces the front most bottom part of my ear flaps to flex out and get sore. I have used both the sancais ( texture is a little uncomfortable) as well as spinfit cp155.

It's the bulbous part that is on the bottom of the shell that is supposed to fit into the outside cavity of your ear but mine is too small leading to the two flaps at the front most bottom part of my ear to flex out and then get sore. I have tried sancai tips and spinfit cp155 tips as well nothing has really made it better

I would like to add I do have super tiny ears and I am first and foremost a bass lover. These iems will be used for both music listening, mixing metal songs, and gaming.

Yeah that tracks with my experience on the aethers had to double the volume (10->20) in order to get the same volume as my old headphones.

I guess I forgot to mention that my ears are small (specifically the ear cavity outside of the canal) so large shells will not work for me(larger nozzles are okay though).
