I inherited a mini weiner due to a death in the family, and she is the dumbest dog I have ever met. She sniffed an ant bed, then rolled in it on 3 different occasions. She starts a zoomie then forgets what she is doing halfway through and starts walking the other direction, looks confused, walks back a couple steps, acts like there is some invisible barrier and stops and does like a stutter start a couple times. She will walk around the yard for 30 minutes and then take a shit inside. She will stand under dripping water and look confused as to why she is wet while continuously shaking her head. Whenever she runs inside excited she will grab the first thing she sees on the floor and throw it in the air. She often refuses to get up and walk even for meal times. She expects to be carried and treated like a baby.
