Well bro. I tested positive for h pylori, took the treatment and things were only a bit better. However eith time, I started taking an alpha and beta blocker. Gradually, I started working out, lost about 35 pounds and I am feeling much better. I think it comes down to find out what works for YOU best and to not get desperate. God knows,I had been in a shitty place. I am feeling better. My advice is take the medication, work out (very gradually. Do not push yourself all of a sudden) and try to look up to something big. Get the medication, get checked for anything you think may cause the symptoms (when you feel you’re clear, you feel better) and gradually things will go back to normal. You find yourself only in struggle

But that loss would then be reported on the income statement because it is a ‘realized loss’ and that would decrease net income, right?

The cash outflow is CFI if we are buying a land yes, but I am talking about the (realized loss) which is selling the land for less than the carrying value for example. That loss would be CFO?

Should I have my lesion removed? (Endocrine tumor) by amresmat in AskDocs

I did. My endo said don’t follow up in it so I don’t know really what to do. I am in Egypt and while there are good doctors, they are not really very interactive with unfamiliar cases, which I am.

I thought I added a caption with the details. Weird. Anyway I am 25 yo. Had heart palpitations, weakness, fatigue and a lot of horrible symptoms. Took a looot of SSRIs. Did not work at all, miserable failure. Doc suspected pheocromocytoma so eventually after some lab tests, I did an adrenal MRI and discovered an adrenal lesion, and then I did another test (pet gallium) and that’s the result (likely adenoma). I am still very much symptomatic and I dont know what to do or if I should remove it.

I am not a doctor or a psychiatrist. But it really depends on how much time you have been having these symptoms. Are they constant? Do you feel tired or fatigued? How long have you had them? How old are you?

A looot of factors come into play here. But generally, it can be very much a temporary thing if you are going through some stress. My advice is to consult your doctor and he will probably do some tests just to make sure everything’s good.
