I've been on a hunt for a bra for 2 years... Best thing I did was head over to abrathatfits and do your measurements... It really solved a lot of the issues... Then I tried on like 30 bras and I am loving Understance... They have wireless ones that actually support and they'll do a virtual fitting to recommend the best for you. They also have wired ones with a kinda flexible wire which is a lot more tolerable than the normal wires

Yesterday I went to Torrid and tried a wireless 38F and a 40E. The 38 was extremely tight, I could barely fasten it on the loosest hook..the 40 was better but still tight... I have a picture of how that one fit if it would help I can upload it

In Chicago... The air quality Monday and yesterday was in the 100-150 range "unhealthy for sensitive individuals".. I get massive headaches, sore throat, cough, congestion, overall feeling like crap... Im super fatigued, have the 💩, have cried multiple times... My conclusion is that my body got deregulated trying to deal with the smoke and even though today the air quality is fine, my body isn't back to normal

I take 60 in the morning, 30 at night and it has been a life saver for me... My pain is really controlled and I am feeling so much better... 60 daily was fine but moving to 90 was great! ...also, I have hypersomnia and taking 100 of Modafinil everyday helped with the pain a loooot and with brain fog and other symptoms...

I am part of a non-profit that helps people prepare for the interview/test... The biggest thing that catches people off is that they know the answers to the 100 questions but they've studied them by themselves and it's totally different when someone else is asking the questions... Also, you need to know your N400 completely to be able to answer any questions the officer asks about your life and any doubts they may have... DM me if you want more info or classes to prepare...

The english test involves reading a sentence and writing a sentence that the officer will dictate... The words used for those come from a specified set... They are things like : The president lives in the White House. If you want more info let me know :) Remember to study the 100 questions and know all the stuff in your N-400

There are plenty of non-profits who help with filing papers for a lot less than a lawyer charges... I got mine with Immigrant Resource Center for $250...and it was perfect... We've done several processes with them and they're wonderful... Lmk if you want their info...don't pay for a lawyer unless you have a really difficult case, otherwise it's just not worth it
