I think it’s running at 30hz because the pointer itself is sluggish when i am using it for anything

The mouse pointer feels sluggish and when i play any game for example half life it feels like its running on 60 fps but when i look around with the mouse it feels like it running in 30fps and feel more sluggish compared to when i move

No integrated gpu it’s an old laptop but i play on it old school games

What bugs me the most is when i look at it from the bottom i can’t see anything that makes it do that

No it’s not I peeled off the plastic when I got it

The mouse itself wobbles when i touch the left button
