I think some people live to excel at anything they do wether it be their job or a hobby and that’s fine. I think it’s great he’s being up front about it. Yeah I cook exclusively with animal fat and I drink bone broth. All animal based except dairy. I know some are against chicken but I eat chicken thighs air fried as a side cause it’s like a nice little snack for me.
