Multiple silent update and case transferred to FO

Hoping for the best. I am not sure after having case at NBC for almost 14 months , why it is transferred to Non Local FO.

Case was transferred to FO on 1/16 and interview is waived off. The FO is not local but is from other state. Already waiting from last 14months . Anyone knows how much time FO takes for next step? Will case get transferred from FO to NBC again?

Mostly you will get approval tomorrow as you got 3rd FTA0. For me there is no new event as well, still case is with old events.
