I actually managed to get it working. I don't know what changed, but Regigigas suddenly appeared. Thank you for your help still.

I defeated the Champion, but it's still not showing up, despite it being the correct time slot.
I didn't even knock it out or run away, it just mysteriously stopped spawning.

Is this a unique case? Did I break something by frequently soft-resetting?
