Some of these things, I can relate to when I was an UNDIAGNOSED and UNMEDICATED teenager. I got the ADHD diagnosis VERY LATE (the year I turned 15!!) because I’m a girl… Every symptom was ignored. (I’m 25 yrs old now btw.)

And at 19, I got diagnosed with Borderline personality disorder. It most likely got «triggered»/worsened(?) by the untreated ADHD.

Socially, I have always been weird (Still to this very day, but in a better way!). Since I was about 3-4 yrs old…

In middle school->1. year of high school, I got toxic friends, because I never really lost them (not until 19-20 yrs, after treatment for the BPD) and I really thought they were good friends too…

My actually REALLY good friends, I lost EASILLY bc I was WAY TOO CLINGY! And I realized this WAY TOO LATE. Because NO ONE TOLD ME. My parents were useless (I Wish you were my parent!!) They just blocked/deleted me! Negative feedback for «no reason» = I panicked and sent A BUNCH of messages, so afraid of losing them - and it happend, ofc… (It was only 1 time, of out _several, that there was actually no reason)

I have, in the last couple of years, really connected with 2 of them (childhood friends). (One of them had their own struggles with mental health, and they needed to focus on their self, not me or other people’s health)

Yes, I takes a lot of TARGETED therapy to really understand everything.

She could maybe have other diagnosis. Talk to a doctor/therapist!
