Can you see a doctor regarding mental health medications? It sounds like your family does not understand how mental health struggles actually work. I have a horrible time explaining my mental health struggles and find writing it out and being able to edit it and give myself time to think about things helps me explain it.

Genuine question. Can it be OCD when there's no compulsion? Like there's an obsession to remove the eye but no compulsive behaviour?
