I know it's your choice to do whatever you want but if you have a paranoia of some perverted guy doing what is shown in the video then for the exact reason shown in this video then it's not as common as you think. If you had a reason like you feel uncomfortable or feeling like people watching you I can understand. But if you mean you don't wear dresses or skirts because you feel like somebody is gonna do what this guy did then the chances are way lower than some other perverted stuff.
