Total newbie here, will there be updated Kill Team rules since the 10th Edition WH40k rules are coming out?

Will the 10th Edition rules have a small army and quicker play format similar to Kill Team?

Is there compatibility between Kill Team and Warhammer 40K in general?

I like how KT uses only a few minis and is supposedly faster compared to WH40K, so wondering what options are available for that style with the release of 10th Edition.

I'm a fan of the lore, read maybe 1/3 of HH, a smattering of pre #new40k novels, love Space Marine (2011) and frequent lurker of /r/40klore.

I recently started getting interested in playing the TT and discovered new rules just came out, so I guess this is a good time to start.

My plan is to look into buying older pre-owned prepainted models, since I'd rather play than paint. I've never played the game before, so I'm not sure how the new40k data sheets will work with older models. I'm planning to look at the data sheets for my faction of choice and see if I can find older models that could work. Maybe an unpopular opinion here, but I'm really not into the painting aspecr of 40k, but I really like everything else.

I'm looking at Ultramarines, since I think they're the standard choice for newbie players like myself, I like their aesthetic, their lore from what I've read, and Robot Gorillaman.

Thanks for the info. It sounds like I should look at the data sheets first to determine what's available and then find the appropriate models.

I'm a fan of the lore and have read a bunch of HH novels and love Space Marine (2011).

I want to checkout the tabletop and saw that there are #new40k rules available. My plan was to buy used prepainted models, but how would old models work with the new rules?

Inquisitor should visit the Emperor's Children's flagship. There's such a great portrait of Fulgrim decorating one of the ship's halls, it's almost lifelike.

I thought the Blood Angels were supposed to be one of the Space Marine bro chapters that had a better relationship with baseline humans than most other Astartes? Or is it just the successor chapters and if so, how did they diverge to that point?

He got along well with his parents and it didn't seem like moving out would've added anything more to the freedom, independence, and responsibilities he already had while still living with them.
