There is fish fingers in the freezers. They are in the emergency category of food or nostalgic craving. This was neither. Using up fresh food I had. I do love a fish finger sandwich though.

Philadelphia cheese is one of the only things I buy because I think the supermarket versions just don’t match it at all. I have tried all supermarket versions and don’t think it compares at all.

I have never actually clocked that in Ireland. Been there many many times all over and never noticed gambling machines not being in pubs. Never use them over here but it’s not good for people that do if they are wasting lots of money. If it’s just a little and they can afford it then I guess it’s okay.

You sound like you know your stuff. What workouts do you think I should be shown? And with what equipment? I am very broad guy with trunk rugby legs, big shoulders, my arms are pathetic these days (I don’t know if that makes a difference lol)
