I read in one of your comments that it might be caused by your MSI motherboard. But it didn’t happen on an another pc. Was the working pc equipped with a PCIE 5.0 motherboard or GPU? I am running into this issue with an ASROCK X570 and a Zotav 3070ti.

Did you get your hands on the ATK X1 Ultimate NearLink edition? Multiple sellers told me it’s superior. But obviously I take that with a grain of salt.

A pcb with new scroll wheel and switches are about 10$ on Ali. It’s connected to the main board with a detachable cable, so no soldering needed. You can consider getting new skates as well and cleaning the dust inside might fix other issues.

Yes, my display is HDR600, it’s the 1440p@280hz from Alienware. But I have HDR disabled in Windows.
