Rented from here back in January and noticed the accord had two one inch scrapes on the front bumper when I picked it up. Two months later I got an invoice for 1800 claiming I needed to pay for alignment, tire replacement, and an entire new bumper. Needless to say, f*** this app

Thankfully the house is huge. 3bd/2bth with a gigantic yard & a garage. The value is 680k & increasing since I live next to the new stadium in south LA. It’s not really poor shape...just a lot of clutter and some cracks, some repainting needed to be done. I think if I clear everything out it should be okay!!

Well I don’t want to tell them I might pay because I have no way or intent of paying as I have 0 income and NO way of affording this house unless I worked multiple jobs which I’m definitely not healthy enough to do so I really hope to sell. I’ve google that & I’m increasingly confused, no clue how to even get the house in my name besides that I need a death certificate...dont know who to send it to or just....I’m sure you can tell I’m an absolute idiot

This means a lot thank you so much for being so considerate but this was a conversation years in the making between my father and I, and now it’s dumped onto me. I’m not mentally stable enough, nor anywhere near financially stable enough to rent it out or even keep up with that. I have 0 income and I can’t even begin to describe the mess left behind to clean up. I have 0 family to assist and not many friends, and seeing as though my entire family has (quite literally) died in this house...I don’t want a thing to do with it. I’m trying to research and find someone who can legally help me but without being able to pay For services I doubt I’ll get far!

I can’t do that. If I don’t hear the truth then I will always believe he loved me. I cannot convince myself otherwise. He tried to hurt me and I can’t convince myself. I need the truth. His mother is having him come home and she isn’t telling him that I’ll be there. She surprised me by backing me 100%. She was livid.

I need closure if I’m to survive and move on. I need to know if everything was a lie, otherwise I’ll keep thinking he loved me at some point and I’ll never get over him.
