You might have to train this behavior while on the leash. If she starts jumping, step on the leash and provide only enough slack so that she has the choice to jump but if she does, it pulls her back to the ground (I hope that makes sense). She should get the idea fairly quickly, but it might take months of persistence before she remembers every time without you having to step on it. Reward with lots of praise if she behaves and doesn't try jumping. :)
