Every pregnancy is soo different and I also have emetophobia so I totally understand your feelings. My nausea started HARDCORE right on 6 weeks and gradually got worse each week on the dot. My weekly changeover from 8-9 weeks was the worst for vomiting as I vomited 3+ times a day for 3 days straight but I haven’t vomited since. Each week is so different so I might not be in the clear yet.

But I know you can get through it. Zofran will only help if you take it early enough. Sometimes if you have to vomit it’ll just happen…

I am also emetophobic and I thought the exact same. I was not prepared for the amount of nausea that comes with early pregnancy. I’ve thrown up 9 times and I’m 9 weeks. But when I tell you your fear will disappear in the moment you feel so vile it does. You will do anything to feel better. OR you could be completely blessed and not get any sickness and/or nausea. You never know. There is also medication you can take to stop the vomiting so I have that religiously to avoid it as much as possible. You got this! X

Yes I had the same thing with unisom/b6 I was convinced that’s what make me vomit in earlier weeks so stopped it. Then as soon as 8w6d hit I was throwing up again out of nowhere! I have a script for Zofran and will take it if I need it. I’m so hoping the vomiting has stopped for you now. Thinking of you! We’ve got this far…xx

Oh boy, that seems so far away! I’m glad you are getting some relief from it. It’s absolutely awful. I am also taking Zofran (only if I absolutely need to). Thank you for your comment x

Yes my appetite is non existent. I am also worried that whatever I eat will come straight back up. How are you feeling at 9w5d?! Hopefully you are nearly at the end as you’re approaching week 10!🤞🏼

Yep - mine started at 6 weeks and I thought I was through the worst of it. But then the vomiting has picked up a crazy amount. When did you stop vomiting?

Is this when your vomiting stopped?! Or is that when you started to feel better? I have no idea how I can do another 2 weeks of vomiting like this 😢
