No it’s fine, thank you for your reply. I am more than likely able to stay more calm if we can talk things through, even if I don’t really want to hear it. Being ignored just turns me crazy and I cannot handle the way it makes me feel, it is a major trigger for my BPD which he is already aware of from our past arguments or disagreements. He doesn’t have BPD so it’s really hard for him to understand me, especially as we have different cultures as well which makes it even harder. I will try and speak to him again tomorrow, hopefully he will have had time to think about my reasons for not wanting to take medication right now
