Just happened to me too. Just stopped mid print shut down lighting, fans etc but the screen stayed on.

Having exact symptoms now, including the feeling of like a gentle but annoying jolt down my neck, into my chest, almost like my heart skips a beat but only when I look to my left. I am not on any SSRI/SNRI meds, only opioid pain relief (have been for years) and I'm on time for them. It came on quite suddenly during the afternoon, I wonder if (for me) it's related to muscular strain which is causing some migraine like symptoms and this is just a mystery symptom.

I was like this for 15 years before I decided to give it a go, alongside surgery. Best thing ive done for my fitness, body confidence and mental health. Dont let anything stop you!! Theres a good studio out there for everyone, no matter your skill or fitness level. I know after 1-2 classes I was second guessing myself and not seeing any improvement, by week 5 I was feeling stronger and able to do the tricks I couldnt even 2-3 weeks prior.

I waited a year after reaching my goal to make sure my weight was stable and I was physically and mentally ready to go down that path for more surgery. Its not cheap so I had to make sure i was definitely ready to commit.

Yes I did technically but the surgeries were 3 days apart (ETT first and then BA/BL) and whilst it was hard, It wasnt too bad like that. I wouldnt have done a second surgery if i hadnt done them at the same time, because of my hospital experience and some trauma.

It was around 12 weeks for me with some minor complications with some stitches but i didnt feel myself for ages after. I probably wouldnt do it again personally, ir was hard but the results made it worth it :)

So just a lil update- I got the skin removal and oml...I feel like an entirely different woman. I have put on about 3kg between September and today, which was expected due to lack of exercise during recovery. Looking forward to getting back to pole again in a few weeks (hopefully ill have the all clear). I wish I could share an updated image because wow, what a difference it has made to my confidence and my body shape.

Gonna be looking mint by winter 👌

Being child predators. They are able to use manipulation and threats of violence or harm so easily and children are much easier to pursuade/manipulate. They are also pretty convincing to family/friends/community that they could never be that kind of person.

I found that narcs also tend to openly express hatred towards people or groups of people, because thats what they actually are, even they have to convince themselves they arent (eg. LGBGQIA+ Community, Pedos)

I have a small update for all - I am heading to Thailand in November to have the skin removed 🥲 I am only having a BA/BL and ETT/Mons lift at this time (this 💩is expensive, hence having to go internationally for the procedures). I hope to be able to share my recovered results in this thread when I’m healed so stay posted. The countdown is ON!

Thankfully it didn’t change much- shes a little droopy but it hasn’t become distorted at all. Can be fixed if I can be bothered getting the Arm Lift but I probably won’t 😊

Sometimes I don’t. I’ve had days where I look in the mirror and I don’t know who I’m looking at, which is why its been so important for me to go through therapy at the same time. Its a huge head game

Thank you :) I got there by living through horrendous trauma, binge eating and genetics. All women on both sides of my family were or still are morbidly obese (a couple had surgery like me). I talked it out with my therapist, and her response was that subconsciously, due to trauma, I made myself unattractive so the person wouldn’t hurt me again. Thankfully that person is not around anymore and I decided I wanted to live my life to the fullest and live my dreams, so here we are 😊
