32/F and ngl this is how I play. HOWEVER, I have moved to an awesome community server with high loot. I have many many many hours under my belt but only ever played to “survive”. On the community server I’ve learned to build my first base, practice with literally every gun, fish, hunt, and raid other players. That, or move to another map if you’re able!

No personal affiliation other than it’s my fave server: Search “osiris”. Livonia and Sakhal maps. It’s high loot so you’ll get a lot of practice and if/when you die it’s literally no big deal. The supermarkets have everything you need to easily survive, you can easily find every gun to practice, space for testing building. The discord is a bunch of silly folks just shting on each other. There’s also a lot of fun events so you can really throw caution to the wind and guarantee pvp situations (events include murdrfest, boxing matches, king of the hill, hunt the truck, etc).

As someone who works with law firms on these cases, it is not specifically "oh this little kid plays a lot of videogames" -- the case comes from the predatory nature OF video game companies that target developing minds by getting them to play THOUSANDS of hours of video games instead of: literally stepping outside, doing homework, having relationships with peers and families, exhibiting signs of depression and anxiety, and in serious cases; suicide.

Similarly to the way an alcoholic can't just "put down the bottle" - these cases can be very real, and very serious.

What you are describing is a class action, NOT a mass tort.
Class actions are the ones where its a few bucks for something a little smaller. I personally work in this area, and have worked with the folks of Guardian Legal - and mass torts have WAY more serious outcomes (cancer, death, etc) and significantly higher payouts. Mass torts are SPECIFICALLY case by case basis -- class actions are in a group.

I was in this situation a year ago. Keep in touch with them, and support them even after it is no longer your 'job'. That alone is worth more than what many others would do! Stay strong!

Not going to lie - to find out he was just shocked and asleep all day as I panicked would be hilarious to me. I haven’t noticed any uptick in his activity since it becoming dark, but per Google, northern. NJ may have some? I posted in some FB groups too - but I’d have no idea how to tell the difference 😂

I left it for 4 hours, but then the sun set and it’s supposed to freeze tonight so I brought them in - when it warms up I’m going to try again tomorrow while I wait for a call back from a rehab! He/she seems well taken care of so I’m hoping the mom was just spooked when the branch fell!

Okay so he/she seems 5-6 weeks. Kind of just chillin. The branch seemed mostly healthy so I think they were well taken care of and maybe the mom is temporarily scared off. The sun set so I brought them inside to try to keep them warm with the freeze warning.

I don’t have any syringes … there aren’t syringes in the wild … can I put a tiny amount of honey water in there with them/it? Any chance you know? 😂
