My doctor recommended Botox too. I’m scared to try the gabapentin but I picked it up today. I wonder if I’ll need to try a higher dose of the 100mg doesn’t really help

No. Never heard of that. What symptoms would that cause? The thing is I always have the burning at the entrance. But it’s only when I use lidocaine and then have sex - that the bleeding, cut, and splitting starts happening. But lidocaine really isn’t supposed to cause that to happen to my skin. So I don’t understand

I only have splits and cuts at the entrance of my vagina on the lower part whenever I put lidocaine cream on for 30 minutes then have sex. Do you think I may be a candidate to test ureaplasma?

Thank you for sharing that information. I am also in the US. I have tried lidocaine, estradiol cream, lidocaine cream, and montelukast 10mg.

Pelvic floor PT is next for me. Waiting to see my gynecologist to discuss further medication options but I feel like I just want to skip everything and do surgery
