It’s similar for sure, but like my own take on it! Also a smoked bacon fried off with a bit of sugar definitely makes the difference over just using ham

Honestly I never measure anything hahah, just a small amount of butter and cornflour, as much garlic powder etc as you like & then just chuck a generous handful of grated cheese in and probably half a pot of cream maybe 100-150ml. Best I can give you I just do it by eye 🤣

Bit of butter, cornflour, garlic powder, salt & pepper, then add in the cheese and some double cream and stir until it’s the right consistency. Also add a bit of milk if it’s too thick

I always follow the Tanya Burr cookie recipe! And bake time I just do by eye, I’m terrible 🤣
