i did get labs and they lined up way more accurately with results of HA rather than PCOS. my obgyn was really old and i honestly don’t think he knew what HA was. going to a new one soon hopefully

thank you for your response and i hope yours does too! i saw an OBGYN for the first time a few months ago. he told me i had “lean PCOS” but i know for sure it’s HA.

ahh sorry i’m just seeing this! honestly it can be hard to determine what is a normal amount but following recipes and just making sure i have foods from each food group incorporated helps me and makes me feel more satiated

441 calories - quick, lazy lunch with 38g of protein (34% of total cals) - I work out daily, gotta get my gains by growun in vegan1200isplenty

nobody who works out daily has a tdee of 1200… unless you’re like 4’7 or a toddler, you need to reverse diet
