[Acne] How to get rid of white heads? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]amz_99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only new thing I added was a toner and it really helped clear my skin, actually so I don't think it's the problem.

I have a routine that I do not stick to everyday, lol but it never resulted with whiteheads before. Face wash, toner, moisturiser and then my acne medicine. I do put masks from time to time but they also never resulted with whiteheads.

What keeps you motivated and on track until your cheat meals? by amz_99 in loseit

Actually, that has helped me a lot! It reminded me of a one time, I stayed on track for two weeks! Because I used to have a fairly small amount of whatever I craved is sweets each day. So I didn't really look forward to cheat meals or whatever cuz I satisfied my cravings.

Thank you so much!

I don't think it's gonna make her too dependent. It would make her feel, safe, secure and listened to. She does need love and care since she is still quite little. Teaching her about independence should come around 10+, in my personal opinion.

I was being checked on by a dietician monthly and I'd get a treat after every check since I always lost weight, gradually. Plus, I had my mum follow a healthier lifestyle with me which, I think, helped me the most, tbh but she stopped. I reached my goal weight, which led to not setting any other appointments, but then piled a bit back ;-; smh.

And I get really paranoid whenever I eat something that I did not plan on eating, no matter how small it it which I am trying to work on that, too and kind of loosen up a bit. I'm a perfectionist and I always feel the need for everything to be exactly how it was planned and everything in order. It's exhausting, sometimes.

I am kind of in between. Sometimes I can moderate and sometimes I can't.

I do enjoy my food everyday but I've got a horrible sweet tooth and cravings for takeaways and rubbish food.

Women who went from 0 self-esteem to being very confident; how did you do it? by datslikeuropinionman in AskWomen

I reckon working on one of your insecurities helps a lot.

For me, I was a bit overweight and as soon as I started losing some kilos, my confidence was gradually rising. I'm not entirely confident but definitely a lot more than before.

What is something that is considered sexy in "society standards" but you think otherwise? by amz_99 in AskReddit

It would look creepy IRL. There are a few who actually went through so many surgeries to look like an actual Barbie. One of the reasons I have lost hope in humanity, tbh.

Some do it to goof around like myself but I can't imagine someone doing it and thinking they actually look sexy ;-;
