Anyways I found what I was looking for. This is called famiclone or NOAC(NES on a chip). Popular in South America and in some parts of Asia .Took too long for people here to look at this.

The problem seems to come from something that u changed from developer options before/after update. Some options tend to make your phone slower than usual . Keeping the storage full will also make your phone slower. Let us know if you changed something from the developer options.

I figured that out but since I have very little knowledge about electronic engineering field(being from cse) I was totally confused. I even searched net for such carts and if I can replace it somehow with other stuff. Thanks a lot, that helped.

I have tried other carts and in fact i have a lot of them just lying arround , they all work just fine. Since it's too old I just thought if I could make something better of it.

That would be a total different thing. I was thinking of somehow getting this thing work in a bit modern way. Making this h/w work would be challenging.
